ABOUT THE BOOK:
Many a scholars have dedicated their life to either writing commentaries, analysing transmitters, verifying accounts, explaining the ambiguities of Imam Bukhari's collection of Ahadith, popularly known as Sahih al-Bukhari. Some of those scholars were the likes of Ibn Battal, al-Karmani, Ibn Mulaqqin, Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani, al-'Ayni, al-Qastalani and others.
The best of those mentioned here above is without a doubt that of Imam Ibn Hajar al-'Asqalani who dedicated an entire chapter on the ambiguities in his introductory volume on the commentary of Sahih al-Bukhari; Fathul Bari bi Sharh Sahih al-Bukhari. He benefited from those that went before him and many of his contemporaries as well as those that came after him benefited from his work.
As such, without a doubt our author, Imam Jalaluddin al-Bulqini, is one of those that have benefited from Ibn Hajars work and thus produced this volume from it, adding many other works and commentaries of excellent quality. Thus without a doubt this book stands out as one of the best, if not the best, on the subject of 'Ibham' written on Imam Bukharis Sahih compilation.
